          Guess Bella Vita

Guess presents a new pillar perfume for women, called Bella Vita. The novelty is announced as an elegant and luxurious scent for a glamorous Guess girl. The concept involves a return to Guess's roots — the vibes of Southern California and the Mediterranean. "Designed like a shot of adrenalin, this perfume instils confidence, elegance, sensuality and femininity at the same time."

Guess Bella Vita is a floral-fruity composition made to emphasize "the allure of personality" of the ones who wear it. It opens with vivid and fresh notes of Italian lemon, juicy black currant, and black cherry. The velvety white floral heart is made of jasmine, tuberose, and vanilla orchid. A warm blend of amberwood, tonka, praline, and musk creates the sweet base of the perfume.

What a nice first foto!) Elegant, no snobbishness, not primitive, with a subtle touch of eroticism.

look!look! I am guess, I copied Gucci, now I copy Boadicea!

I've really liked the Guess scents I've been able to smell -- Guess for Women, Gold, Dare, and 1981 Indigo are lovely, but I couldn't smell 1981, Guess by Marciano, and Guess Girl, so I had to pass them on. (They were all blind buys.) I'll try this one if I'm able to do so without spending money on another (potential failure of a) blind buy.

          Sounds quite lovely.

it may be (or may be not) inspired by boadicea or versace.. but if you're familiar with guess you'll surelybe able to appreciate this... i think this is great everything about the ad is great

Ok i am not crazy, this looks similar (but obviously not as good) as the Boadicea the Victorious bottles!

Oh, jeez, the black currant/amberwood train rides again... *barf*

I have a challenge and that's finding a new designer release for women that DOESN'T contain black currant and/or amberwood (ambroxan, etc.). Does anyone have the number to IFRA? I want to lodge a formal complaint on the overuse of both ingredients in women's fragrances as being olfactory abuse lol.

I've never been interested in this house, but they have my attention now - aesthetics aside, the juice sounds awesome!

Guess has always been brand of questionable taste and this looks like a downmarket attempt to imitate the Versace aesthetic. *casually glances at calendar* Yup, about three decades too late.

La vie est belle, Dolce vita, Voce viva, Bella vita.... Am I the only one who sees anagrams? With a bottle similar to Boadicea and the logo similar to the one on Versace Eros pour femme, this one looks like a dupe. Not enough we recycle music from the 80s and fashion from the 90s. Now this! At least, bring back the powerhouses from yesteryear too.

Edit: came back to mention the similarity with Eros and I see the reviewer above mentioning it too. I guess I am not the only one
